If I can be frank, being in the event business is kinda of addicting. It’s the challenge of creating an experience that is exciting, keeping up with the new trends, and being surrounded by happy people enjoying themselves. Whats not to like?

Around 2015 I noticed something though. In my already 10+ years as an entertainer working hundreds of events, I realized the person that should be having the most fun and rarely does is the host!

Where does the band set up? Is there enough power? Do we have enough chairs? What about a photo booth? its enough to make your head spin and you haven’t even picked a date yet.

I saw a problem and a solution. Problem: You have to book each service separately, countless hours on the phone, emails,scheduling,remembering peoples names… Solution: Create a company that can provide it all. One phone call, one invoice, one point of contact.The next day Sonoma County Event Services was born.

You might be thinking “Isn’t that what an event planner is for?” and the short answer is no. An event planner will hire out services from multiple companies and charge you a percentage over cost. We cut out that extra cost by owning all of our equipment and pass the savings along to you. We are 100% in house and hands on. We arrive, We setup, We operate, We load up and leave.
